Job summary

BluSky Restoration in Ventura, CA is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies and restore lives after property loss. You will perform water damage mitigation, board-up and on-site cleaning for residential and commercial structures.

Previous experience is a plus; training will be provided. The role offers competitive pay up to $25/hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO, life and disability insurance, and apparel allowance.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Pass a national background check and motor vehicle report background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Be on-call 24 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation.
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration.
• Microbial remediation.
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up.
• Demolition (Demo Day!).
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel.
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
