Job summary

BluSky Restoration is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies and mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. The role involves water extraction, cleaning, microbial remediation, and content handling on site.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks; restoration experience is preferred. On-call availability is required, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package and apparel allowance.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report.
• Willing to be on-call 24 hours a day.
• Experience in restoration or maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation.
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration.
• Microbial remediation.
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup.
• Demolition and site prep.
• Supervise temporary labor on site.
• Provide high level customer service with empathy.
• All other duties as assigned.
