Job summary

BluSky Restoration in Ventura, CA is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician. The role involves responding to emergencies, water and fire damage mitigation, mold remediation, and helping rebuild damaged structures. Starting pay is up to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license, ability to pass background and drug screenings, and on-call availability. Prior restoration experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day.
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
• Demolition (Demo Day!)
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned
