Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors in California is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician. You will be a first responder on property loss situations and help mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures.

Technicians handle water damage mitigation, board-up, cleaning, and content processing. Responsibilities include water extraction, fire/smoke restoration, microbial remediation, hazard cleanup, demolition, and supervising temporary labor, with a strong emphasis on customer service

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• On-call availability 24 hours a day.
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup
• Demolition
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned
