Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to join our Ventura, CA team. You will respond to emergencies, perform water damage mitigation, structural board-up, cleaning, and content processing, while upholding our core values of excellence, teamwork, and empathy.

Experience is preferred but not required; training and development will be provided. Occasional travel may be required as part of field operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• National background check and motor vehicle record background check must be passed.
• Pre-employment drug screening must be passed.
• Must be able to be on-call 24 hours a day.
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation.
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration.
• Microbial remediation.
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up.
• Demolition.
• Field management and supervision of temporary labor.
• Provide excellent customer service with empathy.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
