Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC in Hartford, CT is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician. You will respond to emergencies and perform water extraction, microbial remediation, and cleaning to restore residential and commercial properties.

Starting pay is up to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and apparel allowance.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day.
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and mitigation.
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration.
• Microbial remediation.
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up.
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel.
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
