Job summary

HRS is seeking a Mitigation Supervisor to lead emergency response restoration efforts for water, fire, and environmental damage at residential and commercial sites. You will guide the team, manage on-site operations, and coordinate with customers during the claims process.

The role requires certification in IICRC and ICRA, a valid Colorado driver's license, and the ability to travel locally, with after-hours availability for emergencies and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• IICRC and ICRA certifications required.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Must be available for after-hours emergencies and travel locally.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation team on job sites and act as job lead when needed.
• Perform physical labor at residential and commercial sites.
• Explain job scope and secure services with customers.
• Provide daily job specifics and paperwork for billing.
