Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead emergency services and contents restoration on residential and commercial properties, ensuring safety and compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company policies. The candidate must be available for after-hours and weekend response.

You will set up drying equipment, monitor temperature and humidity, document moisture maps and field logs, and coordinate with crews to bring sites to dry standard efficiently while maintaining adherence to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of construction/restoration experience preferred.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standard.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity readings.
• Setup of emergency services equipment and contents handling.
• Regularly set-up containment areas and drying chambers.
• Clean, HEPA vacuum, and disinfect contaminated areas.
• Complete site documentation including moisture maps and logs.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear.
• Operate routinely used tools and equipment.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance on equipment.
• Work at heights using ladders/scaffolding.
• Other duties as assigned.
