Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Restoration Technician to join a team performing emergency services and contents restoration. You will comply with EPA/OSHA regulations and safety plans, with after-hours and weekend availability for emergencies.

The role requires physical labor, operation of restoration equipment, and handling hazardous materials in varied environments. Team-based and safety-conscious candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years construction experience, specifically water/fire damage.
• Environmental experience and hazardous waste handling.
• OSHA 40 hr HAZWOPER certification.
• Valid State Driver's license and forklift operator certification.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform content restoration work on residential and commercial properties.
• Handle cleanup activities, pack contents, and clean HVAC systems.
• Inventory site contents and prepare items for storage.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear during tasks.
• Operate tools and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain warehouse stock and assist with building upkeep.
• Work at heights using ladders or scaffolding as needed.
• Comply with hazardous waste operations and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
