Job summary

Qualifications

• Numerical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide units; compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures; write routine reports; speak before groups.

Responsibilities

• Restore properties by bringing affected areas to dry standard promptly.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity at job sites.
• Set up emergency services equipment and prepare contents for storage.
• Regularly set up containment areas and drying chambers.
• Clean, HEPA vacuum and disinfect contaminated areas and contents.
• Document moisture maps, field logs, photos and videos.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; operate and maintain equipment.
• Perform work at heights using ladders and scaffolding.
• Be available for after-hours emergency response.
