Job summary

ATI Restoration in Moorestown, New Jersey, is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to join our emergency services and contents restoration team. You will work with a crew to restore damaged properties, ensure safety, and follow EPA/OSHA guidelines while responding after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring temperature and humidity, setting up containment, documenting logs and moisture maps, operating restoration equipment, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with clear driving record.
• 2-4 years of construction and restoration experience on water/fire damage jobs.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus; heavy equipment experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic with ability to follow directions.
• Good communication skills and commitment to safety policy.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restore residential and commercial properties by bringing affected areas to dry standards promptly.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity at job sites.
• Setup emergency services equipment and prepare contents for storage.
• Regularly set up containment areas and drying chambers.
• Clean, HEPA vacuum, and disinfect contaminated contents and work areas.
• Complete job site documentation including moisture maps and logs.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Operate tools and equipment used routinely.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance on equipment.
• Work at high elevations from ladders/scaffolding.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid drivers license

2-4 years restoration experience

IICRC Water Restoration certification

Heavy equipment operation experience

Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged
