Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2-4 years of construction and restoration experience, water/fire damage, and hazardous waste.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus; heavy equipment operation a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restore properties to dry standards promptly.
• Monitor temperature and humidity at job sites.
• Set up emergency equipment and prepare contents for storage.
• Maintain containment areas and drying chambers.
• Clean, vacuum, and disinfect contaminated areas.
• Document moisture maps, field logs with photos/videos.
• Follow safety plans and wear PPE.
• Operate tools and perform routine maintenance.
• Work at heights using ladders/scaffolding.
• Other duties as assigned.
