Job summary

PuroClean of Burlington is seeking an experienced Emergency Services Mitigation Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from emergency response through completion.

You will coordinate crews, communicate with customers and insurance professionals, document projects, manage equipment, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional customer service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Restoration industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing water mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, mold remediation, or similar emergency services.
• IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) preferred but not required.
• Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lead by example while holding yourself and others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage water, fire, smoke, mold, odor remediation, and other emergency restoration projects from start to finish.
• Schedule and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Perform site visits and monitor project progress.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, insurance adjusters, office staff, and referral partners.
• Ensure all job documentation, moisture readings, photographs, and job notes are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare estimates, work orders, and complete job files.
• Submit project billing and invoicing promptly following project completion.
• Monitor production costs, labor, equipment utilization, and job profitability.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and warehouse standards.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company safety policies.
• Coach and support field technicians while promoting a positive team culture.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every project.
