Job summary

PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, is seeking a Production Manager to lead production crews and coordinate job assignments. You will monitor progress, control costs, and ensure timely completion while upholding safety and quality standards.

You'll work closely with the General/Operations Manager and Owner, supervise subcontractors, and strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering world-class service in times of need.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment, asset and financial management.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling.
• Aptitude with record keeping, documenting job progress, and communicating with insurance adjusters.
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity to grow the business.
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
• Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing technicians and subcontractors effectively
• Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
• Ensuring job sites have an orderly appearance and follow safety guidelines
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
