Job summary

PuroClean of Burlington is seeking an experienced Contents Restoration Project Manager to own the contents restoration operation—from initial inspection and pack-out through inventory, cleaning, storage and final pack-back. This is more than a supervisor position.

The ideal candidate combines restoration experience with project management, customer service, organization and leadership, and has the potential to advance into Contents Division leadership as the department grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restoration or contents restoration experience.
• Experience with insurance restoration claims is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contents restoration projects from initial assignment through completion.
• Oversee pack-outs and pack-backs with accurate inventories and documentation.
• Coordinate cleaning, storage and disposal within project guidelines.
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance professionals and project stakeholders.
• Prepare contents restoration estimates and track project costs.
• Lead and develop contents technicians and assist with staffing as needed.
• Maintain organized digital project files and documentation.
