Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in customer service, dispatching, utility operations, emergency response, or a related environment.
• High School diploma or better.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for natural gas and electric emergencies; gather incident info and provide safety instructions.
• Coordinate response by notifying teams, dispatching work, and engaging external agencies as needed.
• Maintain records of calls and actions; prepare incident reports for regulatory and internal reviews.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and provide additional assistance.
• Support emergency preparedness through training, drills, post-incident reviews, and process improvements.
• Assist during weather events and storm restoration; coordinate communications for business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, safety standards, and emergency procedures; perform related duties.
