Bosun is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive emergency response sales across Pierce County and South King County. This field-based role emphasizes independence, rapid response to property emergencies, and building trust with clients to secure signed agreements.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience with a track record of prospecting, generating leads and closing business.
• Hunter mentality with ability to pursue opportunities independently.
• Experience in commission-driven sales environments.
• Confident approaching new prospects, handling rejection and overcoming objections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to develop creative solutions and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong emotional intelligence balancing empathy with assertiveness.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies outside traditional hours.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in territory.
