Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies (Code Blue/Rapid Response/Code Stroke) to provide critical care.
• Stabilize and transfer patients to appropriate levels of care (ICU/telemetry).
• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and critical care standards.
• Support nursing staff, mentor new graduates, and promote skill development.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and emergency policies.
• Document interventions and patient responses in the electronic health record.
