Brown University Health is seeking an experienced RN to manage direct patient care in a high-acuity setting. You will lead and mentor staff, delegate nursing tasks, and ensure safe patient care across the hospital care continuum.

The role requires current RI RN licensure, with BSN preferred and CCRN preferred. You will participate in discharge planning, teach patients and families, and contribute to departmental quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of RI.
• BSN preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide care to patients across lifespan.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care and supervision of safe nursing activities.
• Delegates and evaluates nursing care with the healthcare team.
• Participates in discharge planning and teaching for patients and families.
• Contributes to quality improvement and research activities.
• Responds to emergencies (Code Blue, Rapid Response) per leadership directives.
