Job summary

National EMR seeks registered nurses to join our reservist program. These on-call roles support emergency responses, hurricane and other incidents, with deployments within 24-48 hours and pay for actual hours worked.

To qualify, candidates need an active RN license in their state, a minimum of 3 years’ RN experience, and relevant ICS training; full-time work is not offered, and deployments vary by need.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of residence.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience.
• Compact license preferred.
• Must complete select ICS courses within given timelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to the policies and procedures manual.
• Maintain active status in agency platforms and training systems.
• Provide nursing care per healthcare plans and physician orders.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and Medical Services Administrator on policy issues.
