Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of management or supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, or waste.
• Direct hazardous material response experience is required.
• Knowledge of groundwater and soil sampling is preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA, RCRA, and DOT regulations is expected.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and multi-project handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily operations to meet project goals.
• Provide positive leadership and monitor attendance/performance.
• Discipline actions when required and enforce safety policies.
• Identify talent and manage underperformers for team success.
• Communicate company goals and manage workload across operations.
