Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a field-based Emergency Response Supervisor in New Jersey. You will oversee crews, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with project managers to deliver emergency response services. The role requires flexibility for off-hours project support.

You will lead spill response teams, maintain PPE standards, and document all activities with clients. Strong safety focus and valid credentials are essential; CDL not required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 Years’ experience in a comparable position in an Environmental Contracting Company.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR and no Criminal Background.
• 40 Hours OSHA and related Safety Training (training provided).
• DOT Supervisory Drug & Alcohol Training (training provided).
• DOT Examiner’s Certificate (will be part of pre-employment testing).
• CDL is not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct field crews and ensure compliance with JSAs and PPE levels.
• Provide leadership to Royersford-based Spill Leaders and First Team Out (FTO).
• Communicate clearly through the Emergency Services Chain of Command.
• Follow directions from Field Supervisor/Response Coordinator/Project Managers.
• Ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance across sites.
• Train and develop newly hired staff; address employee concerns professionally.
