Job summary

Sanitas seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to join a rapid‑response medical team in a Hillsborough/Largo setting. The role focuses on delivering patient care across fast track, med/surg and critical areas, supporting ER-like workflows and patient experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma, one year of relevant experience, and BLS certification. The PCC will liaise with the care team, manage patient tracking, and execute discharge instructions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and patient-relations skills.
• Ability to work 9am-7pm weekdays and 9am-4pm weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in fast track, med/surg and critical care settings.
• Perform wound care, splinting, dressings and procedures set‑ups.
• Conduct EKGs and cardiac monitoring with basic rhythm recognition.
• Input discharge instructions and prescriptions into systems.
• Maintain patient tracking and communication with team members.
