Qualifications

• 6 months in a hospital patient registration position.
• 2 years patient registration experience in a doctor’s office or medical setting.
• Competency as Patient Access Representative I or II at Enloe Medical Center.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and analyze demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data to register patients.
• Facilitate efficient operations and expeditious reimbursement.
• Promote teamwork and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and the Medical Center’s Code of Conduct.
