Job summary

Enloe Medical Center, a Level II Trauma Center in Northern California, is seeking a Patient Access Representative III for the Emergency Department. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing patient demographics, insurance, and clinical data to register patients efficiently, while promoting reimbursement and patient satisfaction.

You will work nights, with a 10-hour shift, in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital patient registration or similar setting.
• Minimum 6 months in hospital registration or 2 years in a medical office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and analyze demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data for patient registration.
• Facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and optimal consumer satisfaction.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and Enloe Health's Code of Conduct.
