Job summary

Enloe Health, a Level II Trauma Center in Northern California, seeks a Patient Access Representative III for the Emergency Department. You will collect demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data to register patients, supporting efficient operations and patient satisfaction in emergent situations.

Requirements include hospital patient registration experience and strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months in a hospital patient registration position.
• Two years patient registration experience in a doctor’s office or medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and analyze demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data elements to register patients for treatment.
• Support efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and high patient satisfaction in the Emergency Department.
