Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a SmartTech - Emergency Operations Center Subject Matter Expert in Memphis to interpret and evaluate challenging X-ray images and screen mail for select clients. You will support the SmartTech system and contribute to 24/7 EOC monitoring, with a focus on safety and rapid response.

The role requires HazMat and FBI Bomb Technician certifications, a minimum of five years in law enforcement or military EOD, and strong computer and communication skills to coordinate across

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• HazMat Technician Certification required.
• FBI Bomb Technician Certification required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of law enforcement or military Bomb Squad/EOD experience.
• X-ray interpretation required.
• IED recognition required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Screening suspicious X-ray images.
• Screening mail via X-ray images.
• Monitor SmartChem system.
• Ensure security of office during off hours.
• Receive telephone calls.
• Provide 24/7 Emergency Operations Center monitoring.
