Job summary

Qualifications

• Collaborate with physicians and health care team for patient care.
• Effective written and oral communication within the care team.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing personnel on shift to ensure quality patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments and care planning.
• Perform and supervise care interventions as required by patient needs.
