Texas Health Resources is seeking a Nursing Supervisor-Emergency in Flower Mound, TX. This full-time day shift role leads the Emergency nursing team, coordinates patient flow and staffing, and partners with leadership to uphold high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a registered nurse with leadership experience.
• RN - Registered Nurse required Upon Hire.
• ACLS/BCLS/PALS/CPI certifications required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit operations on the Emergency nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate patient flow, staff assignments and shift coverage.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and monitor outcomes.
• Mentor and coach staff, conduct evaluations and support professional development.
• Promote patient- and family-centered care across the unit.
