Valley Hospital Medical Center, part of The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee the 24-hour management of Freestanding Emergency Departments and related units, ensuring care adheres to established standards.

A Master’s degree in Nursing is required, with a Nevada RN license and extensive emergency medicine leadership experience expected. This role supports hospital-wide clinical excellence and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, Master’s degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years emergency clinical experience and a minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience required.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the 24-hour management of multiple Freestanding Emergency Departments and other units as assigned, ensuring services meet the established standard of care.
