Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee 24-hour management of Freestanding Emergency Departments and related units. The role requires strong clinical and administrative skills to maintain high standards of care across multiple sites in southern Nevada.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in Nursing, an RN license in Nevada, and at least five years of emergency experience and two years in progressive management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; Master’s degree required.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Minimum of five (5) years emergency clinical experience and a minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the 24-hour management of multiple Freestanding Emergency Departments and other units as assigned, ensuring services meet the established standard of care.
