Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with two years of clinical RN experience.
• Current Texas RN license or valid permit.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS & PALS/ENPC required.
• TNCC must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, executes, and documents daily patient care.
• Identifies nursing diagnoses and revises care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy.
• Performs routine technical procedures in the specialty area.
• Provides patient/family education and uses Teach-Back.
• Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.
