Job summary

Camel City Restoration LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a Full-Time Emergency Response Technician for 24/7 coverage. Respond to water, fire, and mold calls, set up drying equipment, perform demolition, and document conditions with photos and notes. Training is provided; on-call evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required.

Qualified candidates should be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, and working in damp spaces, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, or related trade is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold damage calls, day or night.
• Set up drying equipment, remove affected materials, and perform demolition as needed.
• Document conditions with photos, moisture readings, and notes using CompanyCam or similar software.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles to company standards.
• Follow all IICRC, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
