Environmental Diversified Services, Inc. in Kernersville, NC is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to restore buildings after fire, water, mold, or other damage. You will assess damage, plan restorations, and work safely to bring properties back to pre-damage condition.

Mansioni

• Assess and evaluate damage to properties, including water, fire, and mold damage
• Develop and implement restoration plans per industry standards
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety regulations are met
• Respond to work orders promptly and prioritize tasks
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
• Remove and dispose of damaged materials (carpet, drywall, insulation)
• Collaborate with team to complete projects
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold and bacteria spread
• Repair and restore structures (flooring, walls, ceilings)
• Document work performed and maintain records
