Job summary

LifeStream is seeking an MA/MS Emergency Evaluator to conduct thorough assessments of individuals in crisis, determine needs, and facilitate access to services. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans and provide crisis stabilization.

The role requires a master’s degree and at least 2 years of emergency mental health experience, with strong communication and documentation skills, plus knowledge of laws and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients in mental health emergencies.
