Job summary

MUHA/MUSC Health Florence seeks an Emergency Medicine Residency Program Manager to develop and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a new residency program, ensuring ACGME accreditation compliance.

The role oversees program documentation, Site Visits, MedHub management, resident and faculty evaluations, scheduling, and reports to the Program Director, coordinating with GME offices to maintain licensure and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years for professional track; 5 years for support roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date program documentation (e.g., ADS, block schedules, rotation goals/objectives).
• Coordinate ACGME Site Visits and prepare required reports; update ADS with resident and faculty rosters and scholarly activity.
• Manage MedHub Program Management System; monitor resident duty hours, leave, and evaluations.
• Maintain resident files, test scores, training history and portfolios; manage conference and rotation scheduling.
