Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) oversees a comprehensive Emergency Medicine Residency Program at MUSC Florence. The Program Manager will ensure accreditation compliance, maintain documentation, and coordinate site visits with the GME office in Charleston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Work Experience: 5 years for support or 0-2 years for professional

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous program compliance with ACGME requirements and standards
• Maintain program documentation and rotation/academic goals
• Coordinate ACGME site visits and prepare reports
• Manage MedHub program data, resident/faculty records and evaluations
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, ERAS, NRMP, and onboarding tasks
• Provide administrative and financial oversight for the residency program
