Medical University of South Carolina seeks an Emergency Medicine Residency Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensure ACGME accreditation compliance, and coordinate documentation, scheduling, and recruitment for a new residency program based at MUSC Health Florence.

You will work with the Corporate GME office and the Program Director to maintain licensure, certifications, and program records, while managing residency dashboards and reporting for internal and external agencies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5 years for support roles or 0-2 years for professional positions.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure continuous program compliance with ACGME requirements and standards.
• Maintain program documentation in ADS, block schedules, and rotation goals.
• Coordinate ACGME site visits and prepare required reports.
• Manage MedHub program data, resident/faculty evaluations, and records.
• Oversee resident scheduling, onboarding, and conference logistics.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and program communications.
• Oversee financial management, procurement, and budgeting for the residency program.
