Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Florence campus seeks an experienced Emergency Medicine Residency Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure ACGME accreditation compliance.

Reporting to the Residency Program Director with a dotted line to the Corporate GME Office, this role coordinates documentation, recruitment, onboarding, and reporting across MedHub, ADS, Thalamus, and NRMP systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience coordinating GME programs and accreditation processes.
• Bachelor-level or higher credentials with exposure to ACGME standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 50% program operations and accreditation compliance.
• Maintain program documentation (ACGME ADS, schedules, objectives).
• Coordinate ACGME site visits and reporting; manage ADS resident and faculty rosters.
• Manage MedHub for resident/faculty data, evaluations, and certificates.
• Organize recruitment, onboarding, and match day processes.
• Serve as liaison with Corporate GME and other departments.
