Qualifications

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine with at least 3 years in residency leadership.
• Experience developing curricula and overseeing residency programs across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to recruit and mentor residents and faculty.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and academic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead EM Residency Program ensuring excellence in quality, outcomes, and compliance with ACGME, institutional, and departmental standards.
• Oversee curriculum development and educational environment to prepare residents for independent practice, scholarship, and leadership.
• Lead the team across a multi-site training environment.
• Recruit and support outstanding residents while fostering professional identity formation, mentorship, and career development.
• Advance department mission through teaching, scholarship, faculty development, and high-quality clinical care.
