The Program Director will oversee curriculum development, multi-site coordination, resident recruitment, and scholarship while upholding ACGME standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/board cert)
• Minimum of three years of experience in residency program leadership
• Strong teaching, scholarly activity, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead EM Residency Program, ensuring excellence in quality, outcomes, and compliance with ACGME and institutional standards.
• Oversee curriculum development and educational environment to prepare residents for independent practice, scholarship, and leadership in emergency medicine.
• Lead the team across a multi-site training environment to accomplish program goals.
• Recruit and support outstanding residents while fostering professional identity, mentorship, and career development.
• Advance the departmental mission through teaching, scholarship, faculty development, and high-quality clinical care.
