The role focuses on residency leadership, curriculum guidance, mentorship, and advancing scholarship and clinical excellence across multiple sites within the health system.

Formación

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of residency program leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EM Residency Program to ensure excellence in quality, outcomes, and compliance with ACGME, institutional, and departmental standards.
• Oversee curriculum development and the educational environment to prepare residents for independent practice, scholarship, and leadership in emergency medicine.
• Lead the team that helps accomplish these important aspects across a multi-site training environment.
• Recruit and support outstanding residents while fostering professional identity formation, mentorship, and career development.
• Advance the departmental mission through teaching, scholarship, faculty development, and high-quality clinical care.
