WVUHS is currently seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physicianto join our team in Wheeling, WV!

Wheeling, WV offers a variety of activities and has acres of greenspace located conveniently throughout the city. Wheeling offers 36parks and playgrounds to explore. Swimming, golfing, tennis,horseback riding, picnicking, playgrounds, walking, running,hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, zip lining, skiing,snowboarding, skateboarding, and fishing are all available!

Qualified applicants must have an MD or DO degree and be eligibleto obtain an unrestricted state medical license in Pennsylvania.Candidates will have completed an accredited residency program andbe board-certified or board-eligible via a recognized board withinthe American Board of Medical Specialties. Emergency Medicine BoardCertification required.

Wheeling Hospital, founded in 1850, has served patients longer thanany other hospital in West Virginia. Today, it is a 223-bed acutecare facility with a medical staff of nearly 150 primary care andspecialty physicians.
