Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician for a high-volume Level II Trauma Center in Alabama. The ED handles over 60,000 visits annually, with capabilities for high-acuity trauma and fast-track care.

The role involves teaching residents and students, a nocturnist schedule possibility, and a flexible 14 shifts per month with a 7-day block off. Board eligibility/certification and Alabama license eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Completed residency in Emergency Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a medical license in Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Deliver acute medical care in the emergency department.
• Manage critical cases typical for a Level II Trauma Center.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced, board-certified emergency medicine physicians.
• Engage in educational activities with residents and medical students.
• Participate in shift coverage, including the possibility of a nocturnist schedule.
