Job description

Emergency Medicine Physician with New Increased Compensation in Washington State

We are seeking emergency medicine physicians for a position that offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. Candidates willing to commute from other areas are encouraged to apply, with options for part-time or full-time work.

Position Details:

• 1099 contract position: $275/hr days, $280/hr swings, $290/hr nights. Increased rates are available, and we are open to applications from 2024 residents.

The Group:

• A close-knit team of seven EM residency-trained, board-certified physicians eager to welcome new colleagues.

The Practice:

• Level III trauma center with comprehensive support from general surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, and tele-neurology. Real-time reads, CT/ultrasound, and respiratory techs are available 24/7.
• Annual ED volume of 25,000 patients, with strong relationships with hospitalist services.
• Regular team meetings and involvement in quality improvement initiatives promote collaboration.
• Flexible scheduling and equitable holiday rotations support work-life balance. The team covers for each other and accommodates requested days off.

Compensation:

• Base yearly salary of at least $396,000, plus a $50,000 commencement bonus for full-time commitments of 120 hours or more.
