• Full-time clinical base salary range: $461,760 - $592,800.
  Note: This range is an estimate and may be influenced by experience, qualifications, community needs, and other factors. Additional compensation components such as bonuses or incentives may apply.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with medical license in current state
• Board certified or eligible in appropriate specialty(s); maintain medical staff membership and privileges
• Eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
• Qualified for OSF's professional malpractice coverage; DEA license and Illinois narcotics prescribing authority if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to provide patient-centered care aligned with patients' preferences, goals, and needs
