WVUHS Medical Group seeks a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at Jackson General Hospital in Ripley, WV.

Practice medicine for the right reasons, with the right people. Ripley, WV is a small, progressive city, located in the beautiful Appalachian foothills of the Ohio River, Ripley enjoys the linkage to the junction of the two major road systems, Interstate 77 N/S and US Route 33 E/W. The seat of Jackson County, and surrounded by a pristine valley rich in natural wonders and beauty, Ripley has always been the regional heart of activity. Since 1964, Jackson General Hospital has served patients throughout Jackson County and the surrounding areas. Our mission is saving and improving lives with quality healthcare, one family at a time. Through excellence in quality service, Jackson General Hospital is the community’s provider of choice. The Jackson General Hospital Emergency Department provides acute care services for patients of all ages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. With a Level IV trauma center, adult and pediatric patients are seen for any cardiac, respiratory, trauma, or general medicine issues. Our goal is to deliver quick, effective diagnosis and treatment or transport for all patients.

Qualifications
