AMN Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a partnership-style practice just outside Houston. This role features 1099 contracting, a base rate plus hourly incentives and a quarterly bonus pool, with 12-hour shifts and a high-volume patient load.

StartDate: ASAP. Expect 40-50 patients per day during 24-hour shifts in an environment with ER and urgent care under one roof. This suburb combines easy metro access with strong schools and family-friendly amenities.

• 1099
• base rate + hourly incentive + quarterly bonus pool
• Goal-work at least 12 required shifts/month (12 hour)
• 6, 24 hr shifts
• ER + urgent care in the same facility
• Typically have 4-5 physicians per site
• 24 hour shift- can expect to see 40-50 patients/day (observations + critical care)
• Moderate to moderate high acuity
• Run very few codes
• Births are rare
• Heavy trauma is rare- tertiary hospital available

• Typically have 4-5 physicians per site
• 24 hour shift- can expect to see 40-50 patients/day (observations + critical care)
• Moderate to moderate high acuity
• Run very few codes
• Births are rare
• Heavy trauma is rare- tertiary hospital available
