Qualifications

• Master’s degree for PA/NP from an accredited program.
• Illinois RN and APRN licenses required; APRN board certification.
• Privileged and credentialed through Northwestern Medicine MSO.
• BLS/CPR certification required by AHA.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient health assessments and physical examinations.
• Provides direct clinical care and prescribes therapies.
• Orders and interprets labs and imaging as allowed by privileges.
• Educates patients and families; documents care thoroughly.
• Mentors students and participates in advanced practice education.
• Participates in quality improvement and research initiatives.
