Ashton North LLC seeks an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist in Lima, Ohio. This full-time night-shift physician role focuses on solo attending coverage with autonomy in a busy community ED of about 28,000 visits annually, with strong APP overlap and supportive staff.

You will be compensated at $215 per hour for all clinical hours, enjoy a top-tier 401(k) match, generous health and tail malpractice coverage, and a CME allowance. Ohio license and EM board status are required.

Formación

• MD/DO degree with completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Active Ohio medical license or eligible and valid DEA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours with full clinical autonomy.
• Benefit from overlap coverage by experienced APPs to streamline patient throughput.
• Manage a high-volume ED with ~28,000 visits annually.
• Utilize Meditech EMR with a plan to transition to AI scribes to reduce charting burden.
